The Iron Horse 5000 Series is the heaviest and widest chair in the Iron Horse range, specifically designed for larger and heavier users. With a load capacity of up to 227 kg (500 lbs), a seat cushion width of 63.5 cm and standard 75 mm wheels, it is the most robust option in the line. Certified in accordance with ANSI/BIFMA X5.1.

Why this chair?

The 5000 Series is the right choice when standard chairs are simply too narrow or too light. The extra-wide seat, larger castors and reinforced frame also give heavier users the comfort and ergonomic support they deserve, even in environments where the chair is used around the clock. Please note that the frame guarantee is 5 years (instead of 10 years for the other series), in line with the higher mechanical load.
