But up until now, they were reserved exclusively for coaches and players. The Fukuoka Dome of the Hawks is the first stadium we’ve ever furnished with a number of seats for the spectator stands.” It’s a great success for RECARO Automotive Seating in Japan, since baseball is one of the country’s most popular sports of all, with two professional leagues and the yearly Japan Series drawing considerable attention from spectators and the media. “The Fukuoka Softbank Hawks are the perfect partner for us,” said Maeguchi. “They’ve already won the Japan Series seven times, which puts them at the top tier of Japanese baseball.
